Daniele Rosi

Daniele Rosi was born in Modena in 1979. Graduated in doublebass at the Conservatorio „L.Campiani“ in Mantova, he continued his studies at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole (FI) with M° Alberto Bocini and at the Universität für Musik und Darstellende Kunst di Graz (A) with M° Petru Iuga. He took part to the Orchestra Giovanile Italiana. He received a scholarship reserved to the leading parts of the orchestra thanks to which he was invited to join for five years the Orchestra Giovanile „Luigi Cherubini“ conducted by Riccardo Muti.
Doublebass leader of Colibrì Ensemble and I Solisti di Pavia by the cellist and conductor Enrico Dindo, he usually plays with Capella Cracoviensis (Cracovia, Polonia), Camerata Strumentale Città di Prato, Orchestra Regionale Toscana, Modo Antiquo, Orchestra Leonore.
He worked with conductors and soloists such as Y.Temirkanov, K.Pendereçki, J.Tate, A.Lonquich, D.Gatti, S.A.Reck, J.Axelrod, C.Rousset, S.Accardo playing with Orchestra Symphonica Toscanini conducted by Lorin Maazel, Orchestra del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Orchestra del Teatro Regio di Parma, Filarmonica Toscanini.
